Established in 2004, Xiamen Tongda Rope and Cable Industrial Co., Ltd., located in the beautiful tourism city-Xiamen, had been the designated sponsor of ropes for 2008-2011 Sailboat Challenge match of Chinese Club Cup as well as the designated rope sponsor of China occupation sailboat teams' Championship- Chinese prequalifying sailboat match for Olympics . We were also the designated rope sponsor of Xiamen Global Explorer sailboat which has successfully returned to Xiamen Port. Rope Products: our Company is the only one professional domestic manufacturer of top-grade ropes and cables in China. We have about 110 staff including 20 well-educated engineers and technicians. We have hundreds of sets of professional advanced automated equipment for making ropes for yachts, sailboats, water sports and some of the outdoor activities, 80% of which are imported from Taiwan and the rest are developed and made by ourselves. Besides, we have advanced rope-post-processing equipment as well as some special techniques for production and post-processing on high-grade ropes; we also have some high-accuracy test equipment for testing raw material and product quality, which filled the gap for domestic production of high-grade ropes, so that our high-quality products can replace lots of the high-quality ropes imported from the EU and North America. As a result, we have completely changed the situation that we Chinese used to rely on import of the high-quality ropes and cables from overseas market.
